个人简介:

蔡杰,男,1987年1月出生,中共党员,研究生学历,博士学位,副教授,硕士研究生导师,官网_亚洲中国新时代最佳赌城网站院长助理,硒产业技术与健康中国创新平台联盟常务理事,恩施德源健康科技发展有限公司“科技副总”。入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”项目和湖北省省级人才计划。长期致力于食品科学及其交叉领域的科研和高新技术研发工作。在Journal of Materials Chemistry A,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Carbohydrate Polymers,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry等期刊上发表论文70余篇(SCI收录44篇,其中封面文章2篇),申请国家发明专利25项(授权6项),参与制定标准2项,完成科技成果转化1项,主持参与国家、省市纵横类科研项目20余项。
