吴慕慈,博士,专任教师,研究领域为分析新技术新方法结合化学计量学的应用。主要利用包括核磁共振技术(NMR)和质谱等手段,对食品、膳食补充剂及植物提取物等复杂体系进行快速无损的质量控制、掺假物检测和安全性分析。目前已发表学术论文9篇,其中第一作者发表SCI论文5篇、EI收录1篇。多次参加国际学术会议并发表口头报告。

研究方向:

1.基于新型台式核磁共振技术的质量控制和安全性分析新方法的研究;

2.多元谱学结合化学计量学新方法在复杂体系(食品、保健品等)中的创新应用以及代谢组学数据解析。

3.天然植物色素及其衍生物的分离、制备、结构鉴定及生物活性评价。
